    The raw materials that have passed the laboratory test are drawn into the required diameter size through a wire drawing machine, and then cut into a rod-shaped blank with a fixed length.

    2, heat treatment

    Before heat treatment, the blank of the punching needle is adjusted and straightened on the straightening platform with a dial indicator, and then put it into a high-frequency electric furnace or a salt bath furnace and heated to 800~1300 degrees Celsius, staying for 2~ After 5 minutes, oil-cooled hardening, after fine quenching heat treatment, the needle tip hardness can reach Hv590-800. Then it is subjected to low temperature tempering treatment.

    3. Grinding processing

    Clamp the punching needle on the spring chuck of the machine tool, and perform grinding and forming according to the requirements of the angle and size of the various tip bases of the punching needle.

    4. Polishing

    Polishing means to clean up the oil stains and rust on the surface to clean the surface.

    5. Inspection and storage

    Inspection is carried out according to the required index, and qualified ones can be packed into storage.
